FAQ – Shipping, Production & Refunds
1. Are your products custom-made?
Yes. Every item in our store is custom-made specifically for each customer.
This means your product is created only after your order is placed — ensuring fresh production, reduced waste, and unique items.
2. How long does production take?
Production time is usually 1–3 business days depending on the product, order volume, and design.
3. What are the shipping times?
🇺🇸 United States
2–9 business days after production.
🇪🇺 Europe
3–9 business days after production.
🇨🇦 Canada
10–15 business days after production.
Rest of the World
Varies by country — typically 10–25 business days.
4. Where do you ship from?
We use multiple production locations to reduce shipping time and avoid customs:

Orders from the USA ship from our US facility

Orders from Europe ship from our EU facility
This ensures faster delivery, lower shipping costs, and no extra customs fees for most customers.
5. Will I have to pay customs fees?
Most customers do NOT pay customs fees because orders are fulfilled from a location close to them (US → US, EU → EU).
International orders outside those regions may have customs depending on local laws.
6. Can I return or exchange my item?
Because every product is custom-made and produced individually for each order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as:

wrong size

change of mind

dislike of the design

ordering by mistake
This is standard for custom-made apparel.
7. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives:

misprinted

defective

or with the wrong design
we will replace it free of charge.
Just contact us within 7 days of delivery at

and include photos of the issue.
8. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled only before they enter production.
Once production starts, cancellation is no longer possible because the item is already being custom-made.
9. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Tracking is available for most countries.
10. What if my package says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it?
Please check:

If the carrier marks it delivered, we cannot issue refunds, but we’ll help you investigate.
11. Why is each item made on demand?
To avoid waste and mass production.
Your order is crafted fresh, printed individually, and made just for you — not pulled from a warehouse.
This ensures:

12. What if my tracking doesn’t update?
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours after shipping.
If there’s no update for longer than 5–7 days, contact us and we will check with the carrier.
